Your order will be invoiced by credit card. We want to avoid excess production. Help us to be aware of our impact on the planet. The clothes are available on request. Choose your favorite piece, pre-order, and look forward to receiving your item in 4 - 5 weeks. Let's spread love and care for our planet in every possible way.
Shipping within Switzerland
We ship with Swiss Post by PostPac Economy.
Shipping Charges Switzerland
Up to 2 kg CHF 8.50
Up to 10 kg CHF 11.50
If your order can be shipped at a lower charge, we will send you the differing amount in cash togehter with the shipment of your order.
Shipping internationally
We ship with Swiss Post by registered international mail only (proof of mailing and delivery).
Shipping Charges Europe (EU)
Up to 2 kg: CHF 36.00
Shipping Charges Other Countries (non EU)
Up to 2 kg: CHF 58.00
If your international order can be shipped at a lower charge, we will send you the differing amount in cash togehter with the shipment of your order.
Please note that deliveries abroad are subject to additional costs (e.g. customs duties, value added tax/VAT, consumer tax) which are to your account.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return policy within Switzerland
If you are located in Switzerland and are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept return or exchange of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with all garment tags still attached for a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date of the tracking. Please note that all sales are final after 14 days of the delivery date.
Before sending back an item for return or exchange, please inform us on info@koen-organicfashion.com. Tell us your full name, item name(s) and delivery address or your order number. Please note that you will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees. By including the reason of your return, you will help us to improve our products and services.
We recommend to secure your return package by registered mail. We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.
Refunds will be made excluding the original delivery charge and in the form of the original payment.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return policy outside of Switzerland
If you are located outside of Switzerland, all orders shipped internationally (EU and other countries) are final sale and are not subject to any refund.
