If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept return or exchange of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with all garment tags still attached for a full refund within 7 days from the delivery date of the tracking. Please note that all sales are final after 7 days of the delivery date.
Before sending back an item for return or exchange, please inform us on email@example.com. Tell us your full name, item name(s) and delivery address or your order number. Please note that you will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees. By including the reason of your return, you will help us to improve our products and services.
We recommend to secure your return package by registered mail. We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.
Refunds will be made excluding the original delivery charge and in the form of the original payment.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
