The Lissome is an independent publication exploring the intersection of fashion design, mindfulness, ecology and system transformation through poetic and sensuous storytelling – providing a gentle, safe and joyful space for conversations and contemplation, inspiring positive change and making hopeful futures tangible.
The Lissome is published once a year. This issue No. 5 is an invitation to ask: Amid global uncertainty, how do we grow resilience – personally, culturally and ecologically?
Inspired by Rainer Maria Rilke’s words, „If we surrendered to earth’s intelligence, we could rise up rooted, like trees,“ this edition invites us to listen deeply, reconnect with the rhythms of the Earth and remember that resilience begins from the ground beneath our feet.
The Lissome is produced locally in Berlin by Druckhaus Sportflieger, a FSC® certified printer renowned for its high-quality and craftsmanship. The magazine is printed on Enviro Top U, a 100% FSC® recycled paper which is Blauer Engel and EU Ecolabel certified.
